Alas, the long weekend went by too fast ..... we did have a lot of fun adventures - so much fun that we forgot to take very many pictures. A few highlights....a breakfast picnic at the park with Anniek and her parents:
A & A explore the hollow tree....
Dinner at Clare's lovely new home...
Breakfast at a dining establishment that truly understands the toddler - spill-proof cup, crayons, and draw-on placemat delivered upon arrival, and $2.95 french toast w/blueberry sauce shortly thereafter.
And could we call it a weekend if we didn't spend a good chunk of time clipping monkey onto our backs, taking him off, talking to him, putting him in the booster, putting him back on our back, clipping him, etc. etc...
Quick check to make sure monkey hasn't gone anywhere without Abigail....yep - still there.
