Mucho cooking and baking this weekend. Two from my fave Smitten Kitchen... including potato and white bean soup and confetti cookies! Also made a sweet potato / coconut milk / black bean / quinoa soup. And salmon for dinner tonight. Bright sides of not much going on. Also had a fun virtual brunch hangout with buddies today. And bike rides and outdoor ping pong. Good weekend.
