Lots of good meals in Stockholm but only a couple of photos ...

Swedish meatballs ... like IKEA but fancier!

Dinner at Sop Koket ("Garbage Kitchen") was great.  Over 50% of the food served was "rescued" from grocery stores where it would have otherwise been thrown out due to reaching expiration date / shelf life.  The owner/founder/chef in the poster below was hilarious and gave our group lots of fun commentary - in addition to delicious food.

Had fun chaperoning this crew at Math Olympiad today. For the team portion they got 12th place in the 6th grade level - and all four are 5th graders! They also magically transformed the calculators into “phones” when I passed them out. #5thgradedreams

Proud of this girl who made it to round four of the regional spelling bee. She got out on "teratogenic" after spelling "farthing", "jewel", and "satisfice" correctly. Yay Abbs!!
