It was a foggy ferry ride to Bainbridge Island this morning but when we arrived the sun came out and we had a super fun day with the Sullivoetz family!

It was a fun celebration of Nate's birthday yesterday! Old and new friends helped us hunt for 150+ Pokemon mini figures hidden in the backyard! And we had yummy cupcakes too. Yay Nate!!

It's like the creators of Pokemon Go knew we were moving to a new city and needed something fun to do while exploring new parks and museums and beaches. We are into Pokemon Go! Preparations for a Pokemon birthday party for Nate are underway. And yesterday we joined our first gym at this playground mosaic. Go us!!

We went to our first Wild Wednesday's in the Park this week at a nearby State Park. Nature journaling was fun! Mommy was proud of both Nate and Abby for volunteering to read their poems out loud to the group!
