Labor Day weekend and fresh haircuts for kiddos. Nate was worried the mohawk was going to stay and was glad when it was clipped off. Also a good view of Abby's missing front teeth.. the tooth fairy even found Abby in Minnesota! Magic is awesome!

1st grade is off to a good start!! A Harry Potter theme to Abby's classroom ... wand-erful work, owlry, etc. Exciting times!

presents!

Nate is a lucky guy ... lots of great gifts from his fam and friends.

four years

It was fun to celebrate Nate's 4th birthday in MN! We had bounce house, lots of buddies, cupcakes, and a great adult:child ratio.

choo choo

What a great train museum... The biggest hit was the model trains that you could DRIVE!

trees, trikes, trains

Blog catchup! We had a great visit to MN to see Grandma, Grandad, Dee Dee, Uncle Dan, Aunt Anna, Walter, and Silas! Lots of time for climbing trees, riding trikes and playing trains (and other things) with cousins....

toothy

Doesn't seem like that long ago that these teeth were just arriving.... And now Abby has one missing top tooth to complement her two missing bottom teeth!

blocks

Nate is very into blocks these days. Here is a "yoga house" that he built. The little people are doing "transition pose." It was important for the yoga house to have a roof to keep the rain out.

travels

After the Maine weekend Sarah made a very quick stop in MN for a very special award ceremony... Congratulations Grandad! From there Sarah went on to Colorado where there were lots of meetings, mountain views, and a nighttime gondola ride to the top of an 11,000+ foot mountain for dinner and dancing.
